 10+2 (Vocational) passed in the respective stream i.e. Medical Laboratory Technology.

 Three years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Board/University.

 Eligibility Criteria for Sponsored Candidates

a) Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Pre-University passed from a recognized Board/ University with Biology.

b) Certificate/Diploma in concerned subject i.e. Lab. Technology three year duration from a recognized Institute.

c) 5 year experience as a Lab. Assistant/technician or equivalent in a teaching/ research institute after obtaining qualification and experience mentioned at (a) & (b) above.

OR

Two and Half (2 & ½ ) years Diploma in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology after completing 12th class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.

OR

Candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination of National Open School with a minimum of 5 subjects with any of the following group subjects:

 a.      English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology

b.      English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and any other language.

Eligibility Criteria for Sponsored Candidates

b)Certificate/Diploma in concerned subject i.e. two and half years duration from a recognized Institute.

 5 year experience as Radiographer in a teaching/ research institute after obtaining qualification and experience mentioned at) (a) & (b) above.

OR

Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology after completing 12th Class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Science subjects.

c)  5 year experience as Operation Theatre Assistant/Anaesthesia Technician/theatre master or equivalent in a teaching/ research institute after obtaining qualification and experience mentioned at ) (a) & (b) above.

 CSSR Assistants/who do not possess the requisite experience (Anaesthesia) in a reputed hospital as such are not eligible for the B.Sc. (Operation Theatre) course as Sponsored Candidate.

 Eligibility Criteria for Sponsored Candidates

 a) 10+2 (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)

b) 5 years experience in Govt. Sector (Govt. Organization/ Institution/Hospital) after obtaining B.Sc. in Medical Technology/B.Sc. or OT Diploma in OT Assistant/B.Sc. Nursing.

  Should have studied Physics, Chemistry and any one of Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology.

 Minimum percentage of marks: 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology (PCM/B).                 

 OR

 Diploma in Optometry after completing 12th Class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately.

OR

  Eligibility Criteria for Sponsored Candidates

a) 10+2 from a recognized board.

b)5 years experience in Medical/Scientific photography.

 For Sponsored Candidates

B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology or B.Sc. in Nursing or B.Sc. Medical or Bachelor of Physiotherapy from any University within India or equivalent degree from any other recognized University/Institute with at least 55% marks and at least 3 years experience in their respective fields after obtaining qualification of B.Sc.

 a). MBBS/BDS

b). B.V.Sc

c). B.Sc with Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry

d). B.Sc. Nursing

e). Bachelor of Physical Therapy

               OR

 M.Sc. Physical Anthropology, Zoology or Human Biology with 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for SC/ST/OBC category candidates.

B.Sc. (Audiology & Speech Therapy) or Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from any recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks and one year Internship after obtaining the qualification of B.Sc.

For Sponsored candidate:

B.Sc. (Audiology & Speech Therapy) or Bachelor of Audiology & Speech Language Pathology from any recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks and at least 3 years experience in their respective field after obtaining qualification of B.Sc.

For Sponsored Candidates

1. B.Sc. or B.Sc. Medical Technology degree from a University/Institute recognized by this Institute with at least 55% marks and                                       3 years experience as a technician in the subject in which admission is sought from a teaching research Institute/Hospital after obtaining qualification of B.Sc. or B.Sc. Medical Technology.

B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Operation Theatre) from recognized University with at least 55% marks and at least 3 years experience in their respective fields after obtaining qualification of B.Sc.     

 B.Sc. or B.Sc. Medical Technology degree from a University/Institute recognized by this Institute with at least 55% marks and three years experience as a technician in the subject in which admission is sought from a teaching research Institute/Hospital after obtaining qualification of B.Sc. or B.Sc. Medical Technology.

Or

B.Sc. Medical Technology degree (X-ray/Radiology/Radiodiagnosis & Imaging) from a University/Institute recognized by this Institute with at least 55% marks and three years experience as a technician in the subject concerned.

1. Candidates should have passed Graduate degree (B.Sc./BS) in Life sciences, pharmacology, biotechnology, Dental (BDS), Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) from a UGC/Govt. of India recognized university/institute.
2. Minimum percentage of marks:55% aggregate for General category and 50% aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ST category.
3. All India Common entrance examination with following test pattern:

MCQ based entrance test with minimum 50% qualifying score for general category and 45% for SC/ST category. In case of a tie the candidate with higher age will be placed higher in merit list.

MCQs would broadly cover the fields of Cell Biology, Cell Culture, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Immunology and Molecular Biology.

The selection is done on the basis of INI-CET
