Law Course:
The BALLB (Hons.) program is a five-year integrated course that combines arts and law subjects. The curriculum comprises of law subjects and one major subject from the third year onwards. All subjects are compulsory in the first three years of study. The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and its workings, as well as the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the legal profession.
Admission:
Admission to the BALLB (Hons.) program is based on the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) score. The university also offers a 15% reservation for Scheduled Castes, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes, and 5% for Persons with Disabilities. For the L.L.M. program, admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination and an entrance test. For the Ph.D. program, admission is based on an entrance test and an interview.
