National Law University, Cuttack: National Law University Odisha (NLUO) is a public law school and a National Law University in India located at Cuttack, Odisha. It was established in 2008 under the National Law University Odisha Act, commencing its first batch from July 2009. The institute offers undergraduate (integrated B.A./LL.B., BBA/LL.B.) and post-graduate courses (L.L.M, M.Phil., PhD) in law.

NLUO offers a 1-year-long L.L.M course in Corporate & Commercial Law and Constitutional Law. The intake for the L.L.M course is 50 students, divided 25 each for the streams. Out of the 25 in each stream, 03 are reserved for SC, 2 for ST, 1 for specially-abled persons, 2 for NRI, and 1 for foreign nationals respectively.
NLUO is a co-ed university that offers undergraduate courses such as B.A./LL.B. and BBA/LL.B. The university also offers a variety of courses in the field of law, including Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Law, and Human Rights Law. The university has a Centre for Corporate Law that offers certificate courses on various topics such as Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA).
NLUO has been ranked 9th in India by India Today in 2022 and 25th in India in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in 2022. The law graduates of NLUO Cuttack secure placement packages of around 6-7.5 lakh per annum.
