Army Institute of Law, Mohali: The Army Institute of Law (AIL) is a private law school located in Mohali, Punjab, India. It was established in 1999 by the Indian Army under the Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). The institute is affiliated with Punjabi University, Patiala, and is approved by the Bar Council of India. With its motto “Aspire & Achieve,” the institute has become a center of excellence in the field of legal education.

Integrated BA LLB Course: AIL offers an integrated Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB) course over a span of five years. This course combines the study of arts subjects with the study of law, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of both disciplines.
Postgraduate LLM Course: AIL also offers a one-year postgraduate Master of Laws (LLM) program with options to specialize in Criminal Law or Family Law. This program is designed for students who have already completed their undergraduate law degree and wish to further specialize in a specific area of law.
