1. Does SIBM offer any scholarships?
To encourage meritorious students and academic excellence, Scholarships/ Awards are offered to deserving students of the University by the Symbiosis Society Foundation.
2. What is the cost per annum of an MBA programme at SIBM?
The academic fee per annum is Rs. 5,55,000 with other expenses like hostel fees, mess bill, institute charges taking the count to Rs 6,92,000 payable as first installment at the time of admission.
3. Can I avail a Bank Loan/ Educational Loan to fund my MBA Executive Program?
Educational Loans can easily be availed from Axis Bank, Indian Bank, Canara Bank, Credila, Bank of Baroda, or Corporation Bank. The payment for first year roughly amounts to 6 lakhs.

1. Has 2024 admission process begun?
The admission form for the MBA executive programme is available on the website. However, for other courses, it is yet to come out. MBA (Executive) 2024 registrations are open and the last date to apply is Jul 8, 2024
2. What is the eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA programme at SIBM?
Candidate should be a graduate from any recognised University / Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% marks or equivalent grade for SC / ST) at graduation level.
Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in the qualifying examination. Each student desirous of admission to SIBM, Pune must appear for the Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test, which is a common written test for admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes.
3. What is the selection process at SIBM?
Appearing for SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in selection process at SIBM, Pune. Short-listed Applicants based on SNAP scores will be called for the online selection process. Short-listed candidates are announced via a web link on SIBM Pune’s website as per the scheduled dates. Individual regret letters will not be sent to applicants who are not called for GE-PI. The entire selection process will be held online. Authorised SNAP Admit Card must be produced for appearing in the selection process. This process includes Group Exercise & Personal Interview (GE-PI).
SIBM Pune continues to be a valuable source of talent for employers as it maintained a stellar record in placements with a total of 200+ offers rolled out by more than 75 companies during the summer placements. The placement offers were made by some of the most prestigious recruiters like Accenture, Godrej Industries Limited and Associated Companies, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, Procter & Gamble and Tata Consumer Products. Aditya Birla Capital, Bain & Company, Ernst & Young, Pidilite, PwC and an array of new recruiters such as Fullerton, Kroll, Luminous, Prism Johnson, Redseer Consulting and Schneider Electric made final placement offers to more than 200 students.
The institute also tied up with 25 new corporate houses such as Amazon, American Express, Disney+ Hotstar, Goldman Sachs, Hindustan Unilever Limited and Mondelez International.
The highest stipend offered stood at 4.40 lakhs. The average stipend offered was 2.91 lakhs (a 25% increase from the previous year). The highest CTC on offer this year was 35.05 LPA, while the average CTC and median CTC offered were 26.77 LPA and 24.00 LPA, respectively (16% and 15% increase from the previous year, respectively.)

1. What is the placement process at SIBM, Pune?
The institute’s placement cell provides students with technical and soft-skills training and internship assistance. A mandatory 2-month long summer internship is to be completed before appearing for the campus recruitment drive.
