IIM Bangalore, ISB best MBA colleges in Asia-Pacific by Bloomberg B-Schools 2023-24 ranking
In the Bloomberg Best B-Schools Ranking for 2023-24, Indian B-schools have achieved top positions in the Asia-Pacific region. The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore ranks fourth in the region, while the Indian School of Business (ISB) secures the fifth spot in the Bloomberg ranking.
Among the top three MBA colleges in India, SP Jain ranks third and holds the seventh position in the Asia-Pacific region. The leading MBA colleges in the Asia-Pacific region are The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) at the first rank, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics at the second rank, and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) at the third rank.
IIM Bangalore’s excellence is highlighted in various categories according to the Bloomberg B-Schools 2023-24 ranking. It secures the fourth rank overall, ranks third in compensation, third in learning and networking, and second in entrepreneurship. The top sectors where IIM-B graduates find employment include Technology (35.7%), Consulting (24.3%), and Financial (12.9%). The average salaries for IIM-B graduates range from 12 lakhs to 1 crore.
ISB also excels in the B-school rankings, securing the fifth rank in both the overall and compensation categories. Additionally, it ranks fourth in learning, second in networking, and third in entrepreneurship. The predominant sectors hiring ISB graduates are Consulting (39.3%), Technology (33.2%), and Financial (9.8%), with salaries ranging from 10 lakhs to 1 crore.
SP Jain secures the seventh rank in the overall category and maintains the same rank in compensation, learning, networking, and entrepreneurship. The major industries hiring SP Jain graduates are Consulting (52%), Transportation (20%), and Technology (12%), with salaries ranging from USD 15,000 to 200,000.
